Hundreds of properties are reviewed by Daymark. Each prospective investment undergoes an initial screening and, when a property is deemed to have a high level of potential for an acquisition, a thorough due diligence review is completed.

Once a property is acquired, Daymark emphasizes a hands-on approach where it takes an active role in managing and adding value to the asset.

The ownership period will vary depending on the needs of the investor. Past Daymark sponsored investments that have since been sold have produced an Average Annual Total Return to the investor varying from 16% to 35% (Return on Investment is historical and does not guarantee future results).
