Gary has 27 years of experience in the investment real estate industry with property management, acquisition, and brokerage involvement in over 10,000 apartment units having an estimated value in excess of $600 million. Gary is a Certified Property Manager®, licensed real estate broker, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a B.B.A. degree in Real Estate and Urban Development.
